Pruneau Patates Inc / Pub Pruneau - Born from the idea of making a restaurant where you can eat good homemade fries. Over time and with the quality of of our products, we chose to add the name Pub Pruneau to the roof and create a professional logo. The use in cooking of quality products such as olive oil "La Belle excuse" and "Bootlegger" sauce are just a few examples of the love we put into our recipes. 13 years ago we added an ice cream counter.

Pandemic or not, the majority of our clientele is made up of orders to bring. The use of the dining room is mostly used by European tourists.
In 2013, we were on Benoît Roberge's show Sur le Pouce. Even today, people who have seen this program come especially on site to taste our excellent burgers. (The show is repeated on Évasion and Zeste Tv).
Our clientele is mainly made up of people concerned with quality and good taste who visit us on a regular basis. European tourists, the vast majority referred by Montreal agencies, thanks to our excellent reputation
We also receive a lot of tourists from lodges, the Bûcheron Museum and Lac Clair, often referred by Tourisme Mauricie.
Naturally the people of the village, the surrounding chalets will always be there, as well as motorists passing through the 155. One of the most beautiful in Quebec, along the majestic Saint-Maurice river.
Fishermen from outfitters in the spring and summer, hunters in the fall and several celebrities regularly frequent the pub and come back to taste our tasty burgers.
The very concept of the restaurant is totally designed to eventually be sold franchise.
